Due to the nature of lash products and supplies, all sales are final. For sanitary and hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a product has left our facility.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

• Lash extensions/ Lash trays
• Adhesives, removers, and other lash liquid products
• Tweezers and tools
• Accessories
