Shipping policy
We are committed to processing and delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping timelines and terms below.
1. Order Processing/Shipping Times

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- U.S. Domestic Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- International Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 10–12 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
2. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.
3. Delays & Customs
While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delivery times may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs inspections (for international orders). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
5. Pickup Orders
Once the order is placed and the purchaser receives the notification that the order is ready for pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to coordinate a date and time to collect the order. All orders must be picked up within 7 calendar days from the date the notification was received. Should the order not be picked up within the required timeframe, the customer will receive a store credit for their order and the items will no longer be available for pickup.
6. Local Deliveries
Once the order is placed and the time and date is coordinated to perform the delivery of the order. You will be contacted on the estimated time of arrival and will have a 10 minute waiting period with contact being made that the order has arrived. If no communication is done by the 10 minute mark, the customer will be required to pick-up the order or pay for a the delivery fee again to do a final attempt on the delivery.
